I live in the Chesapeake-Virginia Beach area of Virginia. I started my career as an entrepreneur. Clothing and costume design were my passion. My work included prestigious clients such as the Youth Ambassador’s Characters Incorporated, a performing arts company of high schoolers that traveled the world.

I have designed costumes for dance companies in Virginia where my work has been seen at the TCC Roper Performing Arts Center, the Virginia Beach Convention Center and the L. Douglas Wilder Performing Arts Center.

I love to make. Whether a painting, reinventing a piece of clothing, designing fabrics, sewing and embroidering, bookmaking or coloring, they are all fun things to me.

Painting

I love to take my own work in the studio and to create something else with it, like a cellphone case from a painting; or perhaps fabric from a photograph. I like to experiment and have fun.
